My heart skipped a beat

My heart skipped a beat when I first saw you
Your eyes like deep dark pools of mystery
A smile that turned all heads not only mine
With soft skin, brown as summer berries
Was it possible that you would look at me?
You turned, smiled then nodded, you were devine
