Pretty butterfly

It is spring again
With sun’s warmest smile
The kiss of the breeze
And you dance for me
Pretty Butterfly
Colorful fairy
And you entice me
With you I ponder
You give me pleasure
You do me no harm
You are beautiful
A true gift from God

While it is the first day of Autumn (Fall) on September 1st in the Northern hemisphere in Australia it is the first day of Spring so I thought this poem from 2014 would be suitable this week

  3. Our weather in NSW is far from Spring. It's snowing in the mountains and in Canberra. This however is a lovely Spring poem which must happen some time soon.

I'm looking forward to the snow. Eagerly. It puts out the forest fires.

  10. You are beautiful

The beauty of a butterfly is more in the frequency of its presence as compared to other beautiful creatures like a peacock or a kingfisher!
