The baby boy



Shall I tell that girl

How I want to kiss the curl

On her pretty head?

 

As I kiss her nose

And compare her to a rose

Would she want to wed?

  

To walk hand in hand

Glance at her wedding band

And down aisle be led

 

And we’d laugh with joy

When our baby is a boy

Tucked up in his bed
