Unfortunately not, if there is no sense of warmth through heat. I love tears that fall as leaves. You hold strength here even when asking such a exhausting question and you have been very clever with the words this week. :)
Lots of unanswered questions posed so eloquently.
Sometimes the coldness is to keep the other person from asking too many painful questions. The end is always hard, no matter which side you're on.
No one should stay in a no-love, no respect, distrustful relationship.....Sometimes we think we have no choice, we love too much, but we need to love ourselves more.
I enjoyed your poem. My favourite line "Endangered by mistrust" Why do we do that do you think - endanger our love with mistrust?
so sad when things are ending but when there is not trust there is no love left.
I just got the chance to go back through your last three 3ww posts...ouch, these inspire some painful emotions...Wander
You deserve somebody wonderful oldegg. Giving love to the unworthy is my speciality, don't let it be yours too.X
Mature tears. To trust in love, who is trusted more? Your self or their self? Mature tears also know loving one you can't trust. No matter which self.Very thought provoking.Thank you.
'heat but no warmth'..sets the tone for this piece..so eloquently expressed..sad, yes..but a robust piece of poetry..jae
A beautiful sad but strong poem. Autumn the stage of your relationship as well as the falling tear leaves. Be strong :)
"Heat but no warmth" was the crux of this for me. So sad, that loss of love. Distrust has no place in true love, so maybe it's for the best. You deserve love and so much more, for all the beauty you give us. Peace, Amyhttp://sharplittlepencil.com/2012/07/27/bleed-warning-precedes-poem/
A question we often ask ourselves. Well done!
Excellent job of delineating a particularly difficult emotion.
